Job Purpose
|
|
The Senior Specialist Staff Village Mobility Operations position is a vital position in the management of all Amaala Staff Village (ASV) residents transport. Be that linking staff with their work bound transport or general transport within the village for all residents.
A key aim is to streamline the Workforce journey, ensuring that Workforce gets to and from the AMAALA bus Interchange to enable then to use the transport to their place of work smoothly and in a timely manner to perform their operational duties.
Transport within the village will be via Transit Buses and Buggies running on scheduled services 24/7 to support round the clock movement within ASV.

Job Responsibilities
|
|
· Support and coordinates with line manager in the implementation and operations phases.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager Operations & Fleet to streamline transportation services for both internal and external clients, ensuring the safe and dependable operation.
- Assume leadership in navigating unforeseen obstacles such as roadblocks, weather-related incidents, accidents, and the dynamic landscape of transportation within a community environment.
- Collaborate intimately with the Management team to monitor and address any deviations from our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to transportation issues. Take decisive actions to ensure compliance and forestall recurring issues, thereby nurturing a flawless transportation experience.
- Partner with your Manager to effectively resolve specific customer complaints. Swiftly address resource shortfalls to uphold business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Undertake the diligent task of monitoring service performance through regular audits and quality checks, consistently upholding the standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality. Encourage your team to maintain high-performance standards.
- Generate and deliver timely operational data and insights to the Manager on a weekly and monthly basis. This data will empower accurate reporting, meticulous planning, and insightful forecasting of fleet requirements, contributing to astute resource allocation.
- Collaborate with your line Manager to adapt and fine-tune working schedules and routes as necessary. Show adeptness in adjusting to daily operational changes to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Job Requirements
|
|
Qualification and Experience
|
- Applicant must be 25 years old or above.
- Proven experience in an operational mobility role or similar position for a minimum of 3 years.
- Minimum of High School diploma is required.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of fleet management system.
- Fast typing with experience in data entry.
- Knowledge of depot and fleet procedures and guideline for emergency situations.
- Proficient in English (oral and written), Arabic proficiency is a nice to have.
- Possess a valid driver’s license - preferable.

· Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required.
· Comply with all work instruction provided by the Line Manager, including other tasks such as after-care vehicle yard work, etc.
· Strictly follow the assigned shift schedule
