Senior Project Manager (Project-Based / Contractual)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager for a project-based engagement. The role will start upon project award and is limited to the project duration. The Project Manager will lead sprint execution, manage dependencies, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project sprints and delivery milestones.
• Identify, track, and manage inter-team dependencies and potential risks.
• Coordinate across functional teams (development, data, integration, QA) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure issues and escalations are resolved promptly and communicated effectively.
• Support project governance, change management, and adherence to organizational standards.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 6–10 years’ experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of KSA business culture and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.
