1) Safely execute plant start up and shut down activities. Keep effective communication

with Shift Engineer, follow his instruction and provide effective feedback for safe and

efficient running of plant.

2) Maintain good communication with other plant operators and Shift Engineer.

Coordination skills to coordinate with maintenance departments to execute maintenance

activities.

3) Digital and analog indications understanding, noting down the variation, observing any

leaks, observing any abnormal sound or activity and reporting it to Shift Engineer.

4) Field log Sheets Filling, documenting and submitting to Shift Engineer.

5) Familiar with Acid, Base and Neutral Chemicals. Good understanding of handling of

corrosive chemicals and response actions required in the event of chemical exposure and

handling chemical spillages according as per approved safety procedures.

6) Skillfull in maintaining safety standards, housekeeping, Work Permit system & follow

company regulations.

7) Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Skills

1.Diploma in Chemical Engineering

2.+2 years' experience

3.Experienced in Sulfuric Acid Plant Operations

4. Familiar with Acid, Base and Neutral Chemicals. Good understanding

of handling corrosive chemicals and response actions required in the event of

chemical exposure and handling chemical spillages according to approved safety

procedures.

5: Good Communication skills in English to clearly discuss and explain issues to

shift engineer
