True Gamers — the fastest-growing esports club network in the Middle East — is looking for a Team Leader to coordinate the work of administrators in one of our esports clubs in Riyadh. You’ll be responsible for your team’s customer service quality and sales performance, leading by example on the club floor.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily work, ensuring checklists and standards are followed
• Communicate with customers and demonstrate excellent service to the team
• Handle payments, ordering, purchasing, and inventory management
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience in customer service
