Job Summary:
The Electrical Maintenance Manager will lead all electrical maintenance activities for a high-volume manufacturing plant producing plastic products using injection molding and packaging machines. The role ensures equipment reliability, electrical safety, minimized downtime, and continuous improvement of plant electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance across all production and utility equipment.
- Ensure high availability of injection molding machines, packaging lines, automation systems, motors, drives, compressors, and auxiliaries.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and PLC-related faults.
- Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team (engineers, technicians, electricians).
- Plan maintenance schedules, spare parts, and budgets to support 24/7 operations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and Saudi regulations.
- Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and automation upgrades.
- Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, and Engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, downtime analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 8–10years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding machines, and packaging machinery is highly preferred.
- Experience working in GCC or Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Very good to excellent command of English
