Key Responsibilities:

1.In charge of technical proposals to client, including construction methodologies, logistic plan, and technical clarifications during bidding stage, technical presentation post submission.

2.Coordinate with joint venture for technical methodology issues during bidding stage.

3.Provide technical support and conduct risk assessments for major technical issues arising during project execution.

4.Maintain technical communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all technical documents comply with Saudi local regulations and international standards.

Qualification Requirements:

1.Proposal Compilation & Presentation: Proficient in compiling bidding technical proposals; excellent skills in post-submission presentation and inquiry response.

2.JV Coordination: Strong cross-organizational communication ability; capable of aligning with joint ventures on bidding technical issues to promote collaboration.

3.Project Technical Support: Solid professional technical foundation; able to provide targeted support for major technical issues in project execution.

4.Risk Assessment: Strong ability in technical risk identification; able to formulate prevention measures for project execution risks.

5.Stakeholder Communication & Compliance: Excellent interpersonal communication skills; proficient in grasping Saudi/local and international standards to ensure document compliance.
