Responsibilities:

  2. Assist in the daily operations of the hospitality establishment, including setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring a smooth flow of activities, and maintaining cleanliness.
  3. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, utilizing strong teamwork and coordination skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
  4. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, employing problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
  5. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve service delivery and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  6. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
  7. Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages to ensure smooth operations and adequate stock levels.
