Key Responsibilities:
1.Review tender docs (drawings, specs, BOQ, contract terms, deadline); identify local code compliance (SBC, UAE BC, GSAS, LEED/Estidama); Map technical risks and propose mitigation; Coordinate internal Q&A, submit RFI to client/consultant for clarification.
2.Lead architectural design proposal (site layout, facade, envelope, MEP interfaces, accessibility) complying with tender specs and local codes.
3.Responsible for on-site construction management for architectural works, including technical clarifications, review of construction drawings, and coordination of issues;Manage architectural design development and assist the project team with detailed design during the finishing and decoration stages.
4.Monitor quality, safety, and progress of architectural works, including building envelope, interior finishes, and metal components;Coordinate interfaces between architecture and structure, MEP, façade, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues on site;Verify on-site quantities and provide technical support for variations and claims.
5.Support project management in coordinating with the consultant, client, and relevant local authorities to implement construction requirements.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines。
2.Over 8 years of on-site architectural construction experience and 3 years bidding experience; experience in the Middle East or large EPC projects is preferred。
3.Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, material standards, and coordination workflows.
4.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
5.Language requirement: Fluent in English (work-proficient); Arabic is an advantage.
Skills
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region projects.
