We are seeking an experienced Contact Center IT Specialist with a strong background in telecom systems and project implementation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive development, configuration, and support experience with large contact center platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation for contact center solutions.
- Develop, configure, and support IVR systems and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations within the contact center.
- Utilize various technologies to enhance the performance and functionality of the contact center platform.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field (preferred); Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in relevant activities as described in the position.
- Telecom contact center experience is highly beneficial.
- Past experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Proven project implementation leadership experience.
- Extensive development, configuration, and support experience with a large contact center platform.
- 2-5 years of IVR development experience.
- 2-5 years of J2EE and VXML development experience.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with one or more of the following: MySQL, Tomcat, Groovy, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery, SQL.
- Industry Certifications like Genesys Specialist are highly desirable.
