Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented RAN Optimization Senior Engineer to oversee and enhance our 5G Network operations to meet SLA contracted KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Optimization:
• Utilize your knowledge of RAN features to develop and implement traffic strategies that improve network performance.
• Drive the optimization process to meet and exceed site-level KPIs.
• Collaboration and Interface:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Core and Project, to ensure seamless network integration and performance.
• KPI Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis of KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• VIP Management:
• Manage high-value customers related to 2G/3G/4G/5G services and ensure their requirements are met.
• Service Enhancement:
• Implement strategies for service optimization to enhance KPIs across the network.
• Communication:
• Maintain excellent presentation skills and strong communication capabilities to convey technical information effectively.
