· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Participate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
· Maintains compliance with governmental, and labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Create, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies procedures, job description, and HR reports.
· Evaluate performance by providing KPIs, and balance score cards reports.
· Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees to understand job responsibilities.
· Create and review the compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
· Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
· Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
· Maintain HR systems and processes.
· Conduct performance and salary reviews.
· Provide support and guidance to HR staff
· Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience.
· Proven working experience as HR Manager.
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
