Responsibilities:
1.System & Compliance: Establish and maintain the HSE management system, ensuring full compliance with local Saudi regulations and corporate standards.
2.Risk & Site Supervision: Lead risk assessment and control, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to enforce corrective actions.
3.Training & Culture Development: Organize HSE training, drills, and promote a company-wide safety culture.
4.Incident & Emergency Management: Lead incident investigations and manage the emergency response system and protocols.
5.Contractor Management: Oversee contractor HSE performance and integrate them into the project safety system.
6.Reporting & Improvement: Analyze HSE data, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
