Payment Gateway Sales Specialist
Location: Riyadh
Interpay is hiring professionals with strong payment gateway experience and deep knowledge of the local merchant market, able to sell to merchants of all sizes, from SMEs to enterprise.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle and consistently meet targets
- Acquire and grow merchant relationships across segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise)
- Work with multiple decision-makers (e.g., owner, finance, operations, IT) to close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline updates
Skills
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience selling payment gateways to merchants
- Proven record of consistently exceeding targets / high performance
- Strong Saudi/GCC market understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent Arabic & English

- Existing merchant network and/or ecosystem relationships
