About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Associate Creative Director (ACD) with proven experience in advertising and branding. The ideal candidate will lead the development of integrated creative concepts, oversee content strategy, and manage digital marketing campaigns for major corporate, enterprise, and government clients. This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and concept development for campaigns and branding projects
- Manage the end-to-end execution of digital, social media, and 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and messaging frameworks
- Provide creative direction to designers, writers, and production teams
- Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Collaborate closely with account management, media, and strategy teams
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality and consistency
- Stay updated on advertising, branding, and digital marketing trends
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi national (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Associate Creative Director
- Proven background in advertising and branding
- Demonstrated leadership in managing creative teams
- Strong portfolio including work for:
- Corporates
- Enterprises
- Government agencies (required)
- Expertise in:
- Content writing and content strategy
- Digital campaigns and social media marketing
- Brand development and positioning
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in advertising or branding agencies
- Experience working on government or large-scale corporate campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and creative storytelling
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
