Job Title: Car Sales Agent

Job Summary:

The Car Sales Agent is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing vehicles to customers while providing excellent customer service. The role includes understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company policies and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell new and used vehicles, including rental and lease options (if applicable).
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and warranty options clearly.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documentation accurately.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to complete sales transactions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Agent or in automotive sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office).
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Knowledge of the local automotive or car rental market is an advantage.
