Job Purpose
To drive company revenue by promoting and selling rental services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell rental services (vehicles / equipment / machinery as applicable).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Jubail and surrounding areas.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental contracts.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
Skills
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in rental or service-related industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Jubail market is an advantage.
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
