• Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth by selling AI-driven and software solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals through consultative B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients across enterprise, government, and tech sectors
• Generate and qualify leads
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and demos
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams
• Negotiate and close deals
• Track sales performance and report on KPIs

Skills
Required Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Knowledge or experience in:
• Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Lead Generation
• Managed Services
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Understanding of AI, SaaS, or software solutions
• Proven B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in recruitment tech or HR solutions is a plus
• Network within the MENA region is an advantage
