We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with strong knowledge of the Saudi medical market. The candidate must have experience purchasing all medical product categories and be familiar with SFDA regulations and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure medical products across pharma, medical devices, consumables, cosmetics, and equipment
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure compliance with SFDA approvals and documentation
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier coordination
- Monitor market pricing, availability, and inventory levels
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years procurement experience in the medical/healthcare sector in KSA
- Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations and Saudi market
- Experience with multiple medical categories (not limited to one specialty)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Skills
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or medical distributors in KSA
Understanding of import/export procedures related to medical products
Knowledge of pricing structures and competitive sourcing in the Saudi market
