Low Current & Network Systems Technician

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Low Current Systems
  • Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables
  • Install and program security systems, including:
  • CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, and cable extensions
  • Prepare and implement low current infrastructure and telecommunication rooms
  • Install and organize telecommunication rooms, including:
  • Racks, Fiber Patch Panels, Data Patch Panels, Cable Organizers, and UPS systems
  • Install and configure wired and wireless network devices
  • Provide technical support to users and ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Low Current Systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, network types, communication protocols, and network devices
  • Hands-on experience with fiber optic installation and termination
  • Proven ability to install and configure security and networking systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
