Job Purpose

To lead and develop the company’s overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, increase sales, and achieve sustainable growth through effective campaign management, team leadership, market analysis, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated annual marketing plan covering digital and traditional channels aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Design strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across campaigns, advertising, and loyalty programs.
  • Supervise digital marketing and customer service teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Review and approve content calendars, marketing materials, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data, sales performance, and KPIs to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, advertisers, and influencers, and negotiate marketing contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and unified messaging across all marketing platforms.
  • Oversee digital presence, including website management, SEO performance, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor customer feedback and service quality, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues.
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
