  • Dealing, preparing, and managing the network and CISCO Call Manager/ IP Phone System.
  • Knowledge of Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) software is preferable.
  • Knowledge on Polycom System will be preferable.
  • Managing the networks and servers equipment and software.
  • Discovering and fixing the errors of  CISCO Call Manager, VTC, servers, licenses, and warranty.
  • Coordinating with different service providers.



Skills

  • Experience no less than (5) years in dealing, preparing, and managing the network Call manager and Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) software.
  • Practical experience in managing the networks and servers equipment and software
  • Advanced knowledge of the requirements and standards of the Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) engineering systems.
  • Obtaining accredited certificates such as (CCIE), CISCO Voice and (CCNP) from the (Cisco) company, at least.
  • The ability of discovering and fixing the errors of Call manager, VTC, servers, licenses, and warranty errors.
  • The ability of coordinating with different service providers.
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking in English.
