About the Company
We are a newly launched event infrastructure & operations company focused on the backbone of events: site readiness, physical setup, logistics, and execution.
We work with event agencies, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate events to ensure events are delivered on time, safely, and professionally.
This is not an event planning or creative role.
This role is for someone who understands how events actually work on the ground.
We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead on-site execution and infrastructure coordination for events in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for managing vendors, supervising setup and teardown, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth operations from load-in to load-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations for events (setup, live day, teardown)
- Coordinate with suppliers (stages, truss, lighting, booths, power, logistics)
- Manage site timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Supervise crew, technicians, and labor teams
- Identify and solve on-site issues quickly and calmly
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional execution
- Communicate directly with agencies, organizers, and internal team
- Support planning of site layouts and operational workflows

Skills
- 5+ years experience in event operations, production, or site management
- Hands-on experience with:

- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Based in Riyadh or willing to work on-site in Riyadh
