RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients; preparing simple dishes or components as directed.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, floors, equipment, and utensils; managing garbage and organizing storage areas.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Unloading deliveries, putting away supplies, rotating stock, and monitoring levels to minimize waste.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Following strict food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
  • Team Support: Assisting chefs and cooks with plating, setting up buffets, and responding to service demands. 
  • Knows how to cook food and prepare salad
