Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants in our retail spaces.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the leasing sector.
  3. Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available retail spaces through various channels.
  6. Monitor and analyze leasing performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  7. Prepare and present leasing reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  8. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all leasing regulations and policies.
  9. Manage tenant fit-out processes and ensure timely completion of retail space setups.
  10. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the agency's visibility and attract potential tenants.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in mall leasing or commercial real estate, with a strong track record of achieving leasing targets.
  2. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
  5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong understanding of local and regional retail markets and consumer behavior.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and tenant needs.
  9. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  10. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
