Job Purpose:
To manage and implement Human Resources functions effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting organizational goals through talent management and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring).
• Prepare, renew, and terminate employment contracts in compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Manage payroll-related activities, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Coordinate with government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Balady, chamber of commerce, Saudi Business Center).
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
• Prepare HR reports and submit them to management.
• Handle employee complaints and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
• Proficiency in Odoo HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
