Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Dammam Region for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Additional tasks may include updating customer records and collaborating with other team members to improve service quality.
Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Receiving customer calls and inquiries via phone or social media channels Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Proficient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively Strong problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with customer management systems is a plus
Education High school diploma or equivalent a higher education degree is advantageous
