Role Summary We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to oversee and manage all HR activities, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning. Address employee requests and handle government platforms (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem). Develop and implement HR policies, procedures. Oversee payroll, health insurance, and employee benefits programs. Lead training, development initiatives, and performance management. Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration activities. Fluent in Arabic and English.
