We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our real estate operations, focusing on driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with various departments to develop effective sales strategies and meet the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  3. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our real estate offerings.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand your professional network.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any client concerns promptly.

  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships effectively.
  8. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
  9. Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse clientele.
