We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Tamheer Assistant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in the retail and wholesale industry. As a Tamheer Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, providing support to different departments and contributing to the overall success of our company. You will have the chance to learn about retail management, customer service, and operational processes while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in daily operations by supporting various departments such as sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Participate in training sessions to develop skills related to retail management and customer interaction.
  3. Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment processes.
  4. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
  5. Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting in the execution of promotional campaigns and events.
  6. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
  7. Prepare reports and documentation related to sales performance and customer feedback.
  8. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience and store performance.
  10. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the overall goals of the organization.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  7. Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
  8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  10. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
