Responsibilities:

- Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company.
- Assist in the development of customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
