We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in the retail and wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. This role is pivotal in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience through various digital channels. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing our online store, optimizing product listings, and implementing marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversion rates. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and increase online sales.
  2. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  3. Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  7. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance website functionality and user engagement.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company.
  10. Assist in the development of customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  6. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  9. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
