A Filter Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies to sell filtration products (air, water, industrial), leading a team to hit targets by managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and coordinating with marketing for promotions, requiring strong leadership, technical understanding of filtration, negotiation, and CRM skills to grow market share and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Skills

  • Sales Strategy: Create regional sales plans, set quotas, and design strategies to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team; monitor performance and provide field guidance.
  • Client & Market Management: Build strong customer relationships, identify needs, negotiate contracts, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecast profits, and present results to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing for promotions and engineering/product teams on new solutions.
