Title: AutoCAD Design Processing, Integration, and Production

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD architect/draftsman to perform the following tasks:

1- Processing drawings (AutoCAD/PDF) for a land area of ​​8325 square meters:

• Integration and Formatting: Merging separate drawings/files into a single general layout (containing 3 small manufacturing units + an administrative building), and creating separate, professional-quality, print-ready slides for each building.

• Performing revisions to improve the drawings and complete any missing elements (Professional Clean-up).

• Engineering Review: Verify the engineering soundness of the designs and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Industrial Cities Authority and the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Complete the Land Utility Schedule.

2- Visualization:

• Convert the plans to 2D color floor plans. • Provide 3D exterior renderings of the industrial complex (AI or a fast renderer can be used) while maintaining a medical industrial style.

Requirements: • Deliver organized DWG files and high-quality PDF copies. • Speed ​​of execution and accurate adherence to the provided engineering figures. Note to the freelancer: The plans are ready (F1, F2, F3, Layout). The work focuses on integration, modification, language conversion, measurements, and attractive visual presentation (such as adding natural elements like plants and trees).
