Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, maintain strong client relationships, and drive the growth of new projects. Responsibilities include:
Achieve sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team.
Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and cost estimates for projects.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
Negotiate payment terms and follow up on overdue invoices.
Monitor market leads, tenders, and ensure company participation.
Train the sales team and ensure high client satisfaction.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
Conduct Background Investigation for new clients and business partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME.
10+ years of experience in MEP projects / construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and English skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, SCADA, Auto CAD, etc.
Valid driving license.
