This role is based in Dubai, where our commercial and growth teams are scaling the brand across the GCC and beyond.
Creators are a key growth driver for Nutrili. We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and grow our creator ecosystem across key platforms and markets, turning creators into long-term brand partners who drive both brand equity and sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator economy deeply, brings structure to fast-moving environments, and knows how to balance creativity with commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing Creator Strategy & Campaign Ownership Own and evolve Nutrili’s creator strategy across always-on and campaign-led activations Build and manage a strong network of creators, from micro to top-tier, aligned with our brand values and aesthetic Develop clear, inspiring briefs that drive authentic, high-quality content Lead negotiations, contracting, usage rights, and compliance across paid partnerships Execution, Gifting & Relationship Management Manage creator seeding and gifting programs, from sourcing and personalization to logistics and follow-up Build long-term, genuine relationships with creators through consistent communication Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with launches, campaigns, and key brand moments Support regional and seasonal activations across the GCCPerformance & Optimization Track and analyze creator performance across platforms and affiliate tools Optimize campaigns based on engagement, conversions, and qualitative insights Translate learnings into actionable recommendations for future campaigns Report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales impact
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves3–5 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing Strong relationship management skills with creators, agents, and internal teams Solid understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and the creator ecosystem Experience managing seeding, paid, and affiliate campaigns Comfortable working with data and performance metrics Clear, confident communicator Familiarity with creator management tools Interest in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands Nice to Have Experience in wellness or beauty brands Agency or in-house brand experience Strong content instinct and creative judgment Understanding of usage rights and creator contracts Existing creator or agent relationships in the GCC
