Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Western Province. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also mentor and lead a team, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications

8-10 years of proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets specially in the Fire Protection and Fire Alarm industry Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation Strong knowledge of fire protection specifically in fire alarm systems, life-safety, and critical communication systems is preferred Analytical skills to interpret market data and create data-driven strategies Ability to work remotely and independentaly is preferred Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration,, or a related field is preferred Experience working within the Middle East market is a plus
