Sales Specialist – Medical Devices (Neurosurgery& Spine)
We’re recruiting a high-performing Sales specialist to drive growth across our medical device portfolio with a focus on spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery specialties. The role requires strong OR familiarity, disciplined account management, and the ability to build long-term clinical relationships.
Key Responsibilities• Manage the full sales cycle for medical equipment within assigned territory.• Support surgeons inside the operating room during spine and related procedures.• Maintain strong relationships with spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery physicians.• Deliver product presentations, demos, and clinical education sessions.• Execute territory plans, hit quarterly targets, and expand market share.• Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence.• Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• Minimum 4 years of experience in operating room environments, preferably spine surgery.• Proven sales track record in medical devices or surgical equipment.• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• High work ethic, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build productive relationships with surgeons and clinical staff.• Ability to work under pressure and manage a dynamic schedule
