Responsibilities:

- Monitor project expenditures and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction costs and contracts.
