About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the building materials sector, focused on selling to contracting companies and project-based sales within Riyadh.
Product Scope Includes:
Plastering, block & stone accessoriesCable management & support systemsInsulation materialsFixing & fastening systemsGypsum board materialsGeneral construction materials
Key Responsibilities:
Sales to contracting companies and construction projectsDevelop and manage relationships with contractors and project managersVisit project sites and follow up on material requirementsPrepare quotations and close sales for projectsFollow up on collections and coordinate deliveriesExpand company presence in the project market
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materialsProven experience in project & contractor salesStrong knowledge of Riyadh construction marketValid residency with transferable iqamaValid driving license and own carStrong communication and negotiation skills
