Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead new business development and actively acquire new government and enterprise clients. Own and grow strategic and high-value accounts while expanding the client portfolio. Develop and execute sales and account strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure. Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and major proposal submissions. Collaborate closely with technical, data, AI, and delivery teams to position winning solutions. Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and performance against defined targets. Provide market insights and contribute to overall business growth strategy. Mentor and support junior account managers when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or consulting sales. Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue growth, particularly within government or government-affiliated entities. Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, contracting, and tendering environments. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
