1.Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Independently create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of Keeta grocery service.
2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
3. Marcom Campaign Management: Manage and operate official media accounts,plan and execute marketing communications (marcom) campaigns to engage residents and visitors effectively.
4.Collaboration: Maintain frequent communication with user growth team and digital marketing team to align on strategies, share insights and gain win-win.
5.Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with local government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations.
6.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Skills
1. 8+year marketing experience in international company, O2O/EC/or FMCG experience is required;
2. Data-driven and great ability to analysis and summary, easily find problems in massive data;
3. Proactive thinking ability and self-review ability, strong self-drive, practical and conscientious, strong execution ability, sense of responsibility, and can achieve efficient cross-team collaboration quickly;
4. High work ethic and strong goal orientation with a sense of ownership;
5. Cross-cultural or cross-border working experience preferred;
6. English as well as Arabic can be used as working language preferred.
