Duties & Responssibilites :-
Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or remote access. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems and networks. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams or vendors. Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and support cases accurately in the ticketing system. Assist in maintaining IT inventory, software licenses, and asset tracking. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and security protocols. Provide first level support to end user for assigned SAP module. Participate in IT projects, change requests and report development by contributing to process improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices.

Job Requirment :-
Tehcnical Diploma in IT or Technical Support .1-3 Years Of Expeirnce in the samer field .
