As an ETL Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes that support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement ETL pipelines using SSIS, Informatica BDM, and native tools Build and manage data workflows using orchestration tools such as Control-MEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems Develop and optimize complex T-SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts Monitor ETL performance and recommend tuning or infrastructure improvements Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact data and integration issues Design logical and physical data models aligned with enterprise architecture Define and enforce ETL standards for coding, testing, and deployment Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather data requirements Support BI and ETL teams with data extraction, transformation, and analytics use cases???? Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field8–10 years of experience in ETL development and data engineering Strong experience with:SSIS, Informatica BDMSQL Server, Oracle Semi-structured and unstructured data Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M) Strong knowledge of data modeling and solution engineering Advanced T-SQL and PL/SQL skills with performance tuning expertise Familiarity with data quality frameworks Exposure to Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera, Map R, Hortonworks) is a plus????
