An Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support the performance, growth, and strategic development of a diverse portfolio of startup ventures. The candidate will possess strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of early-stage company Start ups.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize operational performance across all portfolio startups.
- Develop and implement operational systems and procedures.
- Manage projects to ensure objectives are met.
- Support founders in business development and sales to drive growth.
- Handle public relations and communication with partners and investors.
- Monitor KPIs and execute operational plans.
