Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Second Industrial City
Job Purpose :
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the ability to manage confidential information while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
•Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents in English and Arabic.
•Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
•Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive communications.
•Organize files, records, and documentation efficiently.
•Support coordination with departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and directives.
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests professionally.
Requirement :
•Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
•Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
•English Language: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – English language certification is preferred.
