Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods. The role involves optimizing warehouse processes and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Warehouse Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
Team Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock levels, operations, and team performance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or related roles. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Odoo). Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
