Key Responsibilities Support planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects across multiple phases Coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment Review and manage technical submittals, drawings, RFIs, and change requests Monitor construction progress and support issue resolution in the field Assist with cost tracking, schedule updates, and risk management Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards Prepare reports and support client and leadership communications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering projects Experience working in a PMC, consulting, or owner representative environment preferred Strong understanding of civil works including earthworks, utilities, roads, or infrastructure Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
