Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering in the animal feed or poultry industry

Qualification: Bachelor’s or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Job Description

Feed Mill & Poultry Equipment Expertise: Deep understanding of machinery used in animal feed production and poultry facilities, including feeders, incubators, pellet mills, conveyors, etc. Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting: Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment failures. Preventive Maintenance: Proven experience in creating and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity. Poultry Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with poultry farm equipment such as ventilation systems, heating units, feeding systems, and water distribution systems. Industrial Safety Standards: Expertise in maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in both feed and poultry production environments. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls is a plus. Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in [Specify Languages] for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Team Leadership & Training: Strong experience in managing and training maintenance teams. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use maintenance management software to track performance, downtime, and maintenance history.
