Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Fire Rated Doors to promote, specify, and sell certified fire-rated door solutions for industrial Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical and Mining projects. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and strong client relationship management.
Requirement:· Develop and manage sales opportunities for fire-rated doors and related products.· Engage with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers to get products specified.· Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify fire door requirements.· Propose compliant fire-rated door solutions based on project needs and applicable standards.· Prepare techno Commercial submittals, quotations, and BOQs.· Conduct site visits for measurements, surveys, and coordination with project teams.· Provide technical support during project execution and installation.· Coordinate with production, supply chain, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.· Follow up on approvals, material submissions, and client feedback.· Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.· Taking care of Project Invoicing and Receivables.
Qualifications:· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.· 3–7 years of experience in sales or technical sales of fire-rated doors or building materials.· Strong knowledge of fire door standards and certifications:o UL, BS 476, EN 1634, NFPA, or local authority requirements· Ability to read architectural drawings and door schedules.· Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end users.· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.· Organized, proactive, and target-driven.· Valid driving license (preferred, if applicable).· Strong customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.· Willingness to travel as required.
