Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including extensive experience in landscape and external works projects. The candidate will be responsible for full commercial management of projects from pre-contract to final account, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and financial reporting in accordance with project requirements.
Software & Technical Skills Proficient in Civil 3D (quantity extraction and coordination) Strong working knowledge of Auto CADAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel (cost control, reports, cash flow) Experience with cost management and QS software (e.g., Plan Swift, Cost X, Candy, or similar) is an advantage Ability to interpret landscape, irrigation, and infrastructure drawings
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Professional certifications (MRICS or equivalent) are a strong advantage
Experience Requirements Minimum 15 years of relevant experience Proven experience in landscape and external works projects (parks, public realm, urban developments, resorts, mixed-use projects) GCC / Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred
