  • Lead and manage daily customer service operations and team performance
  • Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with operations/dispatch to meet customer needs
  • Monitor service KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
  • Improve customer satisfaction through process improvement and staff coaching
  • Maintain clear communication with customers on service updates and delivery status


Skills

  • 5–7 years of customer service experience (logistics/transportation preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Logistics/transportation background
  • Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Full-time availability | Office & Work Site
